After installing systemtap, running the "hello world" example from https://sourceware.org/systemtap/examples/#general/helloworld.stp fails due to missing /lib/modules/5.3.12-1-default/build/.config . This is due to systemtap missing a requires on kernel-devel. systemtap should require kernel-devel to allow "fuss free" install of the need files.
