I noticed this on SLE 15 while testing webkit2gtk3 2.20.0, but it probably applies to Leap and Tumbleweed as well. If I open evolution and set up a gmail account with orca running, then an authentication dialogue pops up, and I'm asked to confirm my email address or phone number. After clicking next, the web process crashes.
