Hi Patrick, thanks for the report. Unfortunately I do not see any other option besides dropping APACHE_CONF_INCLUDE_DIRS entirely, but ideas are welcome. Yes, sysconfig.d files are not included in httpd.conf. Or rather, we do not count on the fact, that user will include it in httpd.conf. The problem is more bold as we do support instances: /usr/share/doc/packages/apache2/README-instances.txt Remember you can even specify APACHE_HTTPD_CONF in /etc/sysconfig/apache2 another one than /etc/apache2/httpd.conf, so you can get easily to conflict just by filling wrong sysconfig values. Not sure how to solve this.
