The grpc-devel package was updated to 1.33 and the tensorflow build fails with
this library version.
As a workaround you can install the grpc library from leap 15.2, which you can
get e.g. from
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.2/repo/oss/x86_64/libgrpc8-1.25.0-lp152.1.5.x86_64.rpm

A better solution would be an update of tensoflow, but this will take some
time.
