It is not so much that it forgets about the status after resume. It forgets
about ssids after resume (both suspend or manual), so also WLAN is not shown
with the SSID anymore but with a "new connection ....".
This is by the way with a hidden SSID.

But if you connect and do the procedure described with an ethernet-cable
attached, all works again. 
Anyway, the system is behaving so buggy that it has become unusable and I will
go for a new install. If this is still the case then I will report back (or
will close this). It is a bit like it always was, upgrading = no go. 
I have kontact not starting, I have the wlan out of order, I had strange
behaviours with the VTs and I have problems with sata freezes. So I will
reinstall an see what that gives.
