The new redefintion of _libexecdir for %prefix/libexex leads to some broken
location of configuratiuns files and directories for configurations files.

Like /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/ now gets /usr/libexec/tmpfiles.d/ ...
some more could be missinstalled

also the locatio of systemd's configuration and unit location is below

  /usr/lib/systemd and not /usr/libexec/systemd 

OK ... for the binaries files like /usr/lib/systemd-* the  /usr/libexec/ is OK,
but the location for libsystemd-shared-242.so is not /usr/libexec/ .... we
could only discuss /usr/lib64/ on 63bit architectures
