openSUSE Tumbleweed WSL from Microsoft store is the x86_64 flavor instead of arm64. Installing manually from arm64 appx [0] is fine. [0]: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:WSL#With_Appx_from_openSUSE_download_server
