I am going to backport them to SLE12 and 13.2
What is your opinion on the blkid crypto fix?

My idea is to adjust things to your first version and submit:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/openSUSE:13.2/dracut/0144-90crypt-Fixed-crypttab_contains-to-also-work-with-de.patch?expand=1

and then get our fix upstream together with your first blkid crypttab logic.
