Running gnome-shell 3.20.4 on openSUSE Tumbleweed x86_64 ( kernel 4.7.2 ) , NVidia proprietary drivers 367.35 and a GTX 750 Ti. When selected gdm as the display manager, gnome shell segfaults before even displaying the login screen. I get a frozen screen instead, but can switch back to the console.
