Thanks for the report. password-store does work fine with gpg 2.1, but from my understanding the testsuite fails because of the removal of $GPG_AGENT_INFO env var in gpg 2.1. There is progress in upstream's git regarding this, eg http://git.zx2c4.com/password-store/commit/?id=ec27ece8fcc0bde0571cafe2ed28b15614536d27 but I don't want to backport anything for now, since it will be of zero gain for end users, and I'll just wait for them to version bump it.
