scsi: qla2xxx: do not crash on uninitialized pool list

As an openSUSE user you are expected to be able to apply or revert a kernel
patch.

Attached is a patch that should confirm if the issue is with the pool list. If
you see the message about uninitialized bool list then it is indeed the case.
It is not clear why the pool list is not initialized so the kernel may crash in
a different place due to state inconsistency in the qla2xxx driver.
