As mentioned, yast sucks at logging.

I've tried the same with a broken leap iso and I clicked 'skip' on every error.
The log looks *exactly* the same as the one in comment 1.

So, unless you can actually show that yast ignores errors outside openqa
everything points to an openqa bug here.
