Please give the hardware details, as this kind of issue is very specific to a
hardware model.  At least, hwinfo output would be helpful.

Also, TW already moved to 4.9.  Does the problem still persist?  If yes, please
report to upstream bugzilla (bugzilla.freedesktop.org), the component
DRI/Intel.
