Not sure why you picked me as assignee for this... but as i got curious and
somewhat interested about it myself, I bit the bullet and branched from
home:aggplanta fedora spec like you did, and started conversion to openSUSE
style.

Right now the package succeeds for Leap 15.2/3 and TW, but only by disabling
Factory rpmlint checks. I will go on and test it thoroughly before even trying
to SR it to multimedia, as the contained polkit rule will surely take time to
be reviewed/audited by the security team, which is mandatory in such a case.
