Hi Moritz, would you mind sharing screenshots of the missing translations
please?

In my test box with zh-CN locale, itweb-settings is missing all translations
while gnome-tweak-tools missing some of the translations in "Typing" group. And
this is also reproduced on TW.

itweb-settings is part of java-1_8_0-openjdk-plugin on which I have little
knowledge.

For gnome-tweak-tool, a grep in
/usr/share/translation-update-upstream/po/xkeyboard-config/*.po shows those
strings appear in some locales, e.g. sv, hr, fi, etc, but unfortunately not de
and zh-CN. So I guess the translations in translation-update-upstream is not
complete.
