So this submit request brings back the behavior of the old yast-storage as
suggested in comment#23 and linked in comment#19. That is, enforcing all text
coming from libstorage(-ng) to be UTF-8.

That should avoid the current crashes (verified to work on top of a RC2 in
Russian), so please make sure it makes it to RC3 (adding Stefan Behlert to
needinfo for that purpose).

I will not close the bug because we probably want to discuss a better solution
that doesn't imply enforcing UTF-8 (which can be unfriendly for non UTF-8
locales). But very likely this should lower the priority of the bug.
