[Bug 727081] xend domains don't work anymore since update from 12.1 beta to 12.1 RC 1

I just tried this, but it didn't work out. Xend is running first, VMs/DomU's aren't booting correctly. Destroying and starting one of them again, results in "Error: Unable to connect to xend: Connection refused. Is xend running?" What needs to be restartet in order to work?
