The complete printer driver database appears to be missing. This was present in
the Leap 15.0 Beta, but is missing from the official distribution.

Steps to reproduce the problem after a clean install of Leap 15.0:

Add Printer -> AppSocket/HP JetDirect -> <IP Address> -> Forward -> HP ->
Forward -> LaserJet -> <Incomplete Driver List>

Only the HP LaserJet Series PCL 6 CUPS driver is listed and this does not work
with other printer types, such as the HP LaserJet 1012.

The complete database *is* available after an online update from Leap 42.x to
Leap 15.0.
