When doing an 'osc sr' osc diffs the *.changes file and suggests a message for the submission. 'osc mr' doesn't do this. 'osc mr' should probably obtain the diffs of each individual package, check for identical ones to avoid duplicates and add those to the proposal which are unique. The check for identical messages can be very simple - user discretion and manual editing is advised.
