Please try mgetty from
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/pluskalm:/branches:/Base:/System/openSUSE_13.1/
- use i.e. systemctl start mgetty@ttACM0.service and to permanetly enable it
systemctl enable mgetty@ttACM0.service.
