Comment # 1 on bug 1208260 from Manfred Hollstein

This is caused by the ancient version of libglib-2 in Leap 15.4; newer versions
require pcre2 for which thunar is prepared to use it, when it exists.
Explicitly requiring the new version when thunar is built results in a working
program even on Leap 15.4.
