New firewall maintainer here. I'm working on the backlog bugs.

Sorry for the delay.

I had a look at the code and couldn't find why the "zone:" syntax shouldn't
work any more. Especially since

  FW_MASQ_DEV="zone:ext"

is the default value, if nothing else is specified.

Do you still have this issue? If so can you please provide additional
information:

- which openSUSE distribution are you currently using
- output of `zypper info SuSEfirewall2`
- output of `journalctl -u SuSEfirewall2` using the broken configuration
- the /etc/sysconfig/SuSEfirewall2 config file that causes the problem

Otherwise please report back so I can close this ticket.
