Thanks for the feedback, seems only the inclusion of 70-persistent-net.rules was missing. I have a patched package at: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:tsaupe:branches:Base:System:dracut-bsc1136927/dracut can you confirm that it works in the openqa tests?
