This has a relationship with the boot. If you are not convenient with
installing GDM, Could you please confirm that with Plymouth enabled, your
system can boot success with INIT3?
and may I see other information?
When you enable Plymouth, Your VT1, VT2, and VT3 all don't have any output even
if you wait for a short time? If there have some, What are they?
The last thing is in the next time after boot failure, Please upload the
supportlog.
