in my case the problem occur if I worked with FCoE. I don't now the details as
far as you know.

But I'm also a little bit confused since yesterday.

Defently:
When a VM (Initiater) connected via FCoE to the other VM (Target) is "hard"
stopped this issue occure.
But yesterday I try to recreate the issue:

And I got the same problem. I have to upload the material within today.
