openSUSE:Factory:Staging:A is preparing the upgrade of RPM to version 4.16. AS
part of this upgrade, there is also a fixed brp-check-suse in the staging (it
had problem detecting some invalid symlinks, mainly when they pointed to the
same directory)

Currently the various postgresql versions fail in Staging:A, with errors like:
