Thanks for testing. One more thing to check (at least for now), does the device
manager in Windows show more than the two USB hubs that are seen in Linux. The
hardware setup if the wifi device on the PCIe bus, plus an additional USB hub
with the BT USB part connected to that hub. Alan Stern, a real Linux guru,
thinks that Linux is not seeing that extra hub. If there is one, please provide
as much information about it as Windows will tell you. Thanks again for your
