Comment # 4 on bug 1131301 from Ludwig Nussel

I demoed this once at a conference (to slimbook developers actually) so I
didn't want to bother tuning the file. Means it's good if the example behaves
reasonably sane ie close to control.xml. The license module is probably
forgiving enough to just skip if there's nothing to display. Maybe due to the
recent path changes wrt product license the dialog is not shown
