The Plasma widgets freeze (panels included) when moving files within an
external HDD.
The widgets remained frozen until the pop up "Moving completed" appeared.

Sometimes the moving actions were never completed (although the files were
moved successfully). A workaround for this was to log out and log in.

The issue was reproduced on a "Samsung M3 Portable HDD" formated with ext4, the
files were moved inside the same filesystem.

My computer has a Intel Core i5-2310 CPU and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 GPU.
