Overview: When a new installation of Leap 15.1 with Plasma is made a bottom panel thickness is 30 px. If a user adds a "Default openSUSE Panel" that is placed at the top or at the bottom of desktop a newly created panel has a thickness of 35 px. I assume that "Default openSUSE Panel" was intended to have "themed" thickness. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install openSUSE Leap 15.1 with suggested Plasma desktop environment on x86-64 PC. 2. Delete a pre-configured bottom panel. 3. Use "Add panel"/"Default openSUSE Panel" to create a new panel that is placed at the top or at the bottom of desktop. Actual Results: A newly created panel is bigger (35 px) than deleted panel (30 px). Expected Results: A newly created panel has a "themed" thickness of 30 px.
