Last sunday I installed a new Tumbleweed from openSUSE-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-Snapshot20180403-Media.iso. Same behaviour. The starting of the IBM-Notes Client takes up to 30 minutes. After starting, the behaviour of the Client becomes normal.
