y2logs from host big31

Failed HTTP installation attempts have happened 4 times so far on G31 host
big31, once with linux and initrd dated 20180214, the rest dated 20180216.
Failure follows submission of detailed software selection, before "Installation
Settings" screen fully populated, after displaying "Analyzing your system..."

To reproduce:
1-load installation kernel and initrd with Grub:

Actual results:
1-popup message "Calling the YaST module 'inst_proposal' has failed."
2-installation proceeds as if summary screen had been completed, without return
to "Installation Settings" screen and presenting opportunity to customize
(deselect install) bootloader

1-Installation Settings screen
