I updated my Tumbleweed system a few days ago and I saw mesa was updated to
18.0.1. Since then, I have not experienced a single system freeze. It looks
like the fix was successful, I am not seeing any error in my logs.

I got a bit busy with work so I did not have the chance to run very long gaming
sessions. If you prefer to hold on a few days before closing this bug, I can
report back next Monday with more feedback.
