Ok. No idea, why modesetting DDX during installation comes up (with mouse issues), but fails completely afterwards. glamor initialization fails in both cases. Whatever. I'm afraid the reporter needs to live with 'nomodeset' during installation and need to remove it afterwards manually. Running 15years old 32bit Intel systems on TW is not our main focus.
