[Sorry for the long delay here...]

I have installed few machines from USB stick using recent TW and I could not
see any problem like this. Hopefully this has been already fixed as mentioned
in comment #3.

Closing as WORKSFORME, if you can still reproduce the problem in the latest
versions (42.2-pre or TW) then reopen please.
