I don't use this tool often so I can't tell if this is a recent regression or a missing package. For some context, I was switching from the NVIDIA GPU to integrated Intel. On boot there's no grub menu anymore. My guess is that this piece of code wasn't triggered on NVIDIA. 13:09:01sudo grub2-once --list sh: line 1: terminal_output: command not found 0 openSUSE Tumbleweed 1 Advanced options for openSUSE Tumbleweed>openSUSE Tumbleweed, with Linux 6.0.2-1-default 2 Advanced options for openSUSE Tumbleweed>openSUSE Tumbleweed, with Linux 6.0.2-1-default (recovery mode) 3 Advanced options for openSUSE Tumbleweed>openSUSE Tumbleweed, with Linux 6.0.1-1-default 4 Advanced options for openSUSE Tumbleweed>openSUSE Tumbleweed, with Linux 6.0.1-1-default (recovery mode) 5 Advanced options for openSUSE Tumbleweed>openSUSE Tumbleweed, with Linux 6.0.0-1-default 6 Advanced options for openSUSE Tumbleweed>openSUSE Tumbleweed, with Linux 6.0.0-1-default (recovery mode) 7 Advanced options for openSUSE Tumbleweed>openSUSE Tumbleweed, with Linux 5.19.13-1-default 8 Advanced options for openSUSE Tumbleweed>openSUSE Tumbleweed, with Linux 5.19.13-1-default (recovery mode) 9 Advanced options for openSUSE Tumbleweed>openSUSE Tumbleweed, with Linux 5.19.10-1-default 10 Advanced options for openSUSE Tumbleweed>openSUSE Tumbleweed, with Linux 5.19.10-1-default (recovery mode) 11 UEFI Firmware Settings 12 Start bootloader from a read-only snapshot>*openSUSE Tumbleweed (6.0.2-1,2022-10-20T04:11,post,zypp(zypper)) 13 Start bootloader from a read-only snapshot>*openSUSE Tumbleweed (6.0.2-1,2022-10-20T04:10,pre,zypp(zypper)) 14 Start bootloader from a read-only snapshot>*openSUSE Tumbleweed (6.0.2-1,2022-10-20T03:32,post,zypp(zypper)) 15 Start bootloader from a read-only snapshot>*openSUSE Tumbleweed (6.0.1-1,2022-10-20T03:28,pre,zypp(zypper)) 16 Start bootloader from a read-only snapshot> openSUSE Tumbleweed (6.0.1-1,2022-10-20T03:28,post,zypp(zypper)) 17 Start bootloader from a read-only snapshot> openSUSE Tumbleweed (6.0.1-1,2022-10-20T03:28,pre,zypp(zypper)) 18 Start bootloader from a read-only snapshot> openSUSE Tumbleweed (6.0.1-1,2022-10-18T13:32,post,zypp(zypper)) 19 Start bootloader from a read-only snapshot> openSUSE Tumbleweed (6.0.1-1,2022-10-18T13:32,pre,zypp(zypper)) 20 Start bootloader from a read-only snapshot>*openSUSE Tumbleweed (6.0.1-1,2022-10-18T01:33,post,zypp(zypper)) 21 Start bootloader from a read-only snapshot>*openSUSE Tumbleweed (6.0.1-1,2022-10-18T01:33,pre,zypp(zypper)) 13:14:36sudo rg -C 3 terminal_output grub2/grub.cfg 96- 97-for i in gfxterm; do 98- if [ x${use_append} = xtrue ]; then 99: terminal_output --append $i 100: elif terminal_output $i; then 101- use_append=true; 102- fi 103-done 13:15:31zypper -q se -si grub2 S | Name | Type | Version | Arch | Repository ---+----------------------------+---------+---------------------+--------+------------------------ i | grub2 | package | 2.06-28.3 | x86_64 | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss i | grub2-branding-openSUSE | package | 84.87.20210910-1.31 | noarch | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss i | grub2-i386-pc | package | 2.06-28.3 | noarch | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss i | grub2-snapper-plugin | package | 2.06-28.3 | noarch | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss i | grub2-systemd-sleep-plugin | package | 2.06-28.3 | noarch | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss i+ | grub2-x86_64-efi | package | 2.06-28.3 | noarch | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss i | ruby3.1-rubygem-cfa_grub2 | package | 2.0.0-1.15 | x86_64 | openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss
