pulseaudio-module-gconf was dropped from TW, so this doesn't work.

Does plasma5-pa requires the gconf thingy inevitably?  If there is no fix is
available in plasma side, we'd have to revert the changes in pulseaudio.

(The breakage in paprefs can be fixed by backporting the recent upstream
commits for paprefs.)
