To enable Online Accounts functionality on the Cinnamon DE it needs the package "gnome-online-accounts-gtk" This package is not available in the Tumbleweed repos ATM. Instead when installing the Cinnamon pattern it installs "gnome-online-accounts" that does not work and only gives a blank screen on the Online Accounts settings.
