I'm not sure if this can be resolved but I want to have it documented nevertheless. Certain Gnome/Gtk (3) applications cannot be used seriously anymore outside of the Gnome environment when they are using CSD. In my case this is extremely annoying in case of PDF viewers. I'm running on WindowMaker in that case and my default pdf viewer so far was evince. In openSUSE 13.2 evince is using CSD and therefore the window cannot be resized anymore under WindowMaker. The required WM decorations just don't exist. Given the strategy of openSUSE to provide choice and former actions to drop old-style X applications in favour of KDE and Gnome apps this is rather annoying if half of the apps cannot be used anymore. The "Internet" suggests that window managers can be fixed/patched to make it possible to work with CSD enabled applications nevertheless.
