It's not included in TW kernel, either  Do you mean this has to be included for
addressing your problem...?

Do you mean OBS Kernel:stable repo?  The difference regarding i915 between
5.4.12 and 5.4.13 is just one patch to add the inclusion of linux/math64.h, so
it's likely irrelevant.
