Max, actually, it would be great to have a working version in Leap 15.4, and now would be the decent moment to start thinking about what to push into Leap 15.4 (and SLE SP4). If you want, I could do an OBS SR for network:dhcp/dhcp [ although this repo seems to be broken ATM: "Files could not be expanded: could not apply patch 'project.diff'" ].
