I was trying to setup a server which should get all logs from other computers
which seem to have stability issues, and the logs never showed any errors. so i
found out about the systemd-journal-upload / systemd-journal-remote option
which looks like what i want, but it seems like there is no packages in
opensuseLeap 42.1 which  contain systemd-journal-remote and
systemd-journal-upload.

Since i don't really want to start rebuilding systemd manually i wanted to ask
why these are not available as packages.
