Comment # 18 on bug 1171115 from OpenSUSE Account

I'm not sure what the current status is of this issue, but I am working with a
fresh install of Tumbleweed and I run into this. I traced it down to polkit, so
presumably this issue. My workaround is to "break out of" the shutdown/restart
process with ^C and shutdown from login screen. This is in case of Wayland.
