Comment # 2 on bug 1207949 from Alynx Zhou

Hi, could you please tell me which kind of files does not have this toggle? It
seems that only some kinds of files (like `.py`, `.txt`) have this toggle on my
machine, if you got the same result, I could confirm we get the same problem.
