I see, we really have
  /usr/share/applications/yast2-packager.desktop
in yast2-packager

There are also
  /usr/share/applications/YaST2/checkmedia.desktop
  /usr/share/applications/YaST2/sw_single.desktop
  /usr/share/applications/YaST2/sw_source.desktop

I've found out why we have that file there:
It's actually a bugfix: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=892936#c10

I'm not sure, but maybe we should really hide it, this desktop is NOT
for being added to the programs menu, it's rather for right-click-actions.
