As bash-completion is on its way to SLE12 Update and SLE12 SP1 Update, I removed these excludes. It will require Release-wise Conflicts: openSUSE: bash-completion <= 2.1-13.1 (currently last version in Factory) SLE 12, SLE12 SP1, SLE12 SP2: bash-completion <= 2.1-13.1 (released in SLE12 GA, never rebuilt; SLE 12 SP2 will get updated version, the conflict will ensure correct installation order during upgrade)
