If a package creates packages for native applications in addition to the
cross-compiled binary files (mingw..-cross-*) and the generation of debug infos
is activated, errors occur during packaging

Currently in this case the recipe on
https://en.opensuse.org/Build:projects:windows:mingw:win32#Adding_debug_info/source_packages_to_native_binaries
is necessary. However, this recipe leads to packaging errors if the creation of
debug info is disabled in the project or package.   

    Could not open %files file
/home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/.../debugsourcefiles.list: No such file or
directory
