The openSUSE copy of systemd has been upated to a copy of hwdb that contains a patch that swaps every usb logitech dongle users mouse button by left and right. this was very quickly reverted upstream but the opensuse copy is the one inbetween without the revert. please include the revert: https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/26677 or update to latest hwdb.
