Comment # 2 on bug 1191472 from Art Zh

I deleted the string ** snd-hda-intel ** from file
/etc/modules-load.d/yast.conf

And I executed command
mkinitrd

After rebooting, the sound is working.(In reply to Takashi Iwai from comment

Do you still need outputs from alsa-info.sh ? My preview snapshot is old.
