Current live USB with openSUSE Tumbleweed Live KDE is missing iio-sensor-proxy for touchscreen rotation, I assume this would be the same for the installation if the user were to proceed with the defaults. Together with bug 1184014 (maliit) and its respective virtual keyboards kcm, these are the last components to make openSUSE fully touch-enabled by default on the Wayland session. iio-sensor-proxy already comes with KDE Neon and Kubuntu Impish and it's planned to be in Fedora 35.
